Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information so we can reach you about your events.
Registration & payment
A seat is reserved once your registration is created and confirmed once we verify your payment. Upload a clear receipt that matches the published fee. We may decline receipts we cannot verify.
Personal access links
Access links are issued to one registrant and may only be used by them (and, for interactive rooms, on one device at a time). Sharing links or livestream access, or recording sessions without permission may result in removal from the session without refund.
Changes & refunds
If we reschedule or cancel an event we will notify you by email and offer a transfer to the new date or a refund. Refund requests for other reasons are handled case by case — contact us before the event.
Conduct
Be respectful in live sessions and chat. Hosts may mute or remove participants who disrupt a session.
Content
Session materials and recordings remain the intellectual property of Dr. Sabastine Okeke and the organising companies, and are provided for your personal professional development.
