Sabastine Nwajide Okeke is a seasoned Legal Researcher and Analyst, Strategic Human Resource Professional and Consultant, and Specialist in Corporate Management and Organisational Strategy.
His practice spans Human Capital Resourcing, Talent Optimisation, Organisational Performance Management, Training & Staff Development, Organisational Development and Corporate Design. He is a certified and seasoned educationist and trainer in Entrepreneurship & Vocational Skills Development (TVET), a published author of four books, a certified Career Guidance Counsellor, and an expert in Labour Law and Labour Market Information Systems (LMIS).
Sabastine is the first Nigerian to become a Certified Partner of the Predictive Index (PI) — arguably the foremost personality profiling and work-behaviour predictability tool, in active use in over 160 countries and by most of the Fortune 500. He is also the Country Lead for the WorldatWork businesses in Nigeria.
Prior to his role as CEO of MasterMindsHRSG Consulting, he was Senior Consultant and Group Head, Human Resources Development at Human Edge Limited; led Training, Competency Development and Performance Management at Maersk Nigeria Limited; and served as Human Resources / Asset Director at DDB.
Today he is Director of the Centre for Enterprise Management & Research (CEMAR), lectures with the University of Ibadan School of Business (UISB – CEMAR Lagos), is President of Superbrands Nigeria, and Founder/Director of Law Platform — a LexisNexis Authorised Reseller Partner for Nigeria. He sits on the boards of several organisations including Peniel Microfinance Bank, Haggai Zuriel Schools and DOCHSAAK Limited.
