Privacy policy
What we collect
When you create an account or register for an event we collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation and job title, and the payment receipts you upload. When you join a live session we record when you joined and for how long, so we can issue certificates of participation.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your registrations, verify payments, send you event access links, reminders and updates, issue certificates and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal data.
Live sessions
Live sessions are streamed through our video provider (LiveKit). Your camera and microphone are only used if you choose to turn them on or are invited on stage. Chat messages are visible to other participants in the session.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Brevo (email delivery) and LiveKit (live video). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Security
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Payment receipts are private and visible only to you and our administrators. Access links are personal and tied to your account.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your account. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at the email below.
